We serve you our chef crafted menu within the beautiful surrounds of locations in and around St. Augustine, or right from your driveway for special events and catering. Our brick & mortar at the St. John’s Golf Club in Elkton is currently undergoing renovations, and will reopen in Fall 2022.

We began our journey as Late Risers with our food truck, Charlie, and opened our Bar & Grille at the St. John’s Golf Club in August 2020.

As our food truck is a fully mobile kitchen, we can provide high quality catering for any special event in virtually any location. From social club events, birthday parties and weddings to holiday parties, corporate launches and catering drop-offs, we are ready to work with you on a custom menu for your upcoming event. With our new space at the St. John’s County Golf Course, reopening Fall 2022, we can also provide gorgeous views and a full selection of booze!

We also provide Private Chef Services. Whether you are looking for a multi-course, upscale dinner in your home, a private cooking class or a catered weekend at your vacation rental, let us help you to make every meal an elevated experience! We can even stock your fridge with locally sourced and scratch prepared signature goodies so you can cater your own beach holiday!
